Confirmed Lineups: Newcastle vs Liverpool

Virgil van Dijk returns to the lineup and that is the only change from the win vs Everton. Van Dijk and the other Reds’ defenders will be tested against a Newcastle side that is strong offensively. Callum Wilson will start the day on the bench for the Magpies, but they are still very dangerous up front and in the midfield. 

All the Liverpool players whether they are in the Starting XI or on the bench will have to keep their cool as Newcastle is known for their aggressive play.

I love this lineup. It worked well last game, generating many more chances than the 2 goals scored vs Everton. I’m looking for Darwin Núñez to find the back of the net today. He played very well last week. All that was missing was a goal.
