The parade is set to start at 4pm BST, with the bus journeying through Allerton Maze, Queens Drive, Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street and The Strand.
The parade will finish at Blundell Street in the city centre, with the whole route expected to be packed with tens of thousands of supporters, akin to their celebrations after Istanbul in 2005.
