Alisson starts in goal, whilst Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson line up in an unchanged back-line.
Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and Curtis Jones start in midfield, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota in attack.
